This recipe is delicious and so easy to make! Its so creamy and smooth and something I love having in my fridge! I love eating hummus as a side dip with carrots and veggies! It’s a perfect spread that can be paired with anything and tastes good!!

Healthy Creamy Hummus

Servings: 6-8


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-4 tablespoons cold water
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3-4 garlic cloves

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients except the chickpeas in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Add chickpeas and blend until preferred consistency.

  3. Enjoy!

Notes: Make sure the water is cold because it will make the tahini mixture creamy!
