Balsamic Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 3 garlic cloves grated or minced
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon tahini
Instructions:
Mix all of the dressing ingredients together until smoothie and add salt + pepper to taste! Pour over mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes or fav salad!
Store the dressing in the fridge and enjoy!
