Balsamic Garlic Salad Dressing

This is one of my go to recipes for lunch or dinner and it’s so easy to make! I love pairing this salad with a protein like chicken and a carb like sweet potatoes to complete the meal! The dressing takes 5 minutes to make and you can make extra to store in the fridge!! Btw this recipe makes about 1 cup of dressing!

Balsamic Garlic Salad Dressing

Healthy Num Num | Michelle

  • prep time: 10 min

Servings: 2-4


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 3 garlic cloves grated or minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini

Instructions:

  1. Mix all of the dressing ingredients together until smoothie and add salt + pepper to taste! Pour over mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes or fav salad!

  2. Store the dressing in the fridge and enjoy!
