Raspberry Bliss Balls
These are so so easy to make and so yummy!! I love making raw desserts and energy balls and these are the perfect afternoon pick me ups! These bliss balls are made with frozen raspberries and honey!
Raspberry Bliss Balls

Makes 12-14 balls
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (plus extra for rolling in!)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
Form into balls and roll in more shredded coconut.
Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
