Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Healthy Num Num | Michelle

  • prep time: 15 min
  • freeze time: 60 min
  • total time: 75 min

Makes 14-16 squares

Ingredients:

Peanut butter base:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (or more if you like it sweeter!)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Chocolate swirl:

  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Start by melting the coconut oil and mixing it together in a medium with the rest of the base ingredients. Pour into a parchment lined pan. The smaller the container the thicker the fudge will be!

  2. To make the chocolate swirl, melt the coconut oil and add in the cocoa powder and honey. Pour over the base and use a toothpick to swirl the top.

  3. Place in the freezer for at least an hour or until set.

  4. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
