No-Bake Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
Wow oh wow the smell of these cookies is so so good!! Iām a huge fan of citrus desserts and this one is definitely one of my favs! These cookies also spread a lot and get super fluffy - so make sure to leave enough room around them when baking!
No-Bake Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Makes 8-10 bars
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (can sub for any nut/seed butter)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds (can sub for chopped almonds)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (plus more for the top!)
Directions:
Mix together all of the liquid ingredients until smooth.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
Press into a pan and place in the freezer for 20-30 min or until hard. Cut into bars and enjoy!
