Healthy Almond Coconut Bars

Ingredients:
Almond base:
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter -(can sub for any seed or nut butter!)
- 2 tablespoons honey
Coconut filling:
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup canned coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
Chocolate topping:
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup canned coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
Mix all the almond base ingredients by hand or in a food processor until a sticky dough forms. Then press the dough into a baking pan.
Mix all the filling ingredients together in a medium bowl and spoon/spread over top of the base. Press the filling mixture evenly across the base.
Melt the chocolate chips, coconut cream and honey and pour over the base and filling.
Place bars in the freezer until set, about 20-30 min and then cut into bars!!
