I promise you can’t taste it and it adds on extra protein and fiber!! These brownies are so so fluffy and are the perfect snack or dessert!
They are also naturally sweetened with banana and coconut sugar!

Black Bean Brownies

Healthy Num Num | Michelle

Makes 10-12 squares


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rinsed black beans
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ripe medium bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all old the ingredients except for the chocolate chips until smooth!

  2. Pour into a parchment lined pan and top with chocolate chips.

  3. Bake at 350°f for 30-35 min or until a toothpick comes out dry.
