Ok this salad dressing is so good!! The dressing is so so good and definitely one of my go-to dressings! This recipe makes 2-3 servings!!

Sesame Salad Bowls

Healthy Num Num | Michelle

  • total time: 15 min

Serves 2-3


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews (optional)
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • salad greens
  • brown rice

Directions:

  1. If you are using cashews, roast them at 350°F for 10 min or until golden brown.

  2. Mix all of the salad ingredients together and pour on top of your salad bowls! I used salad greens, carrots, cumbers, and brown rice!

  3. Add on top the roasted cashews and enjoy!
