Crispy Kale Chips

Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 1 large bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
Directions:
Start by washing and drying your kale. Make sure the kale is completely dry - this will help it get crunchy.
Rip the kale into chip pieces away from the stem. Discard the stem.
Place in a bowl and add in the rest of the ingredients. Massage the kale for around 1 min.
Spread onto a parchment lined pan and bake at 300°F for 9-11 min! Careful not to burn - them they cook fast!
