Pecan Pie Energy Bites


Only 4 ingredients for this recipe and they taste like pecan pie in one bite!! So good and so easy to make! Also recommend storing these in the fridge!


Pecan Pie Energy Bites

Makes 10-12 bites


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates (14-16)
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Blend all of ingredients together in a food processor until combined and the mixture sticks together.

  2. Roll into balls and place in the fridge for 10 min! Store in the fridge or freezer!
