Healthy Chocolate Avocado Fudge


This fudge recipe is so rich and soft and filled with lots of healthy fats! It’s super easy to make and perfect for dessert or as a snack! You can also top it with extra peanut butter, fruit, or nuts!

Healthy Chocolate Avocado Fudge

  • prep time: 20 min
  • freeze time: 25 min
  • total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (can sub any nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey (can sub for maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. First melt the coconut oil and then add it into a blender almond with the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Blend everything together until smooth and pour into a container. The smaller the container - the thicker the fudge pieces. Add any toppings you’d like.

  3. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours until set. Then cut into pieces!

  4. Enjoy!
