Healthy Chocolate Avocado Fudge

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (can sub any nut butter)
- 1/3 cup honey (can sub for maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
First melt the coconut oil and then add it into a blender almond with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend everything together until smooth and pour into a container. The smaller the container - the thicker the fudge pieces. Add any toppings you’d like.
Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours until set. Then cut into pieces!
