Best Ever Healthy Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
For the apples:
- 6-8 apples
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- juice from one lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Crumble topping:
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds (any nuts will work!)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Slice apples and mix them in a bowl with the rest of the apple ingredients. Then put them in a parchment lined pan.
Then add all crumble ingredients together in a bowl and mix until combined. Then sprinkle over top the apples.
Bake crisp for 40-50 min at 350°F until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream or greek yogurt!
