Banana Caramel Cream Tart

Ingredients:
For the base:
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
For the banana caramel:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
For the cream:
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
2-3 large bananas sliced for the top
Instructions:
Start by blending all of the base ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Press into a parchment lined pan and freeze while you make the banana caramel.
In the same food processor blend together the banana cream ingredients until smooth. Pour on top of the base and freeze while you make the cream.
Blend the cream ingredients together and spoon over top. Slice the bananas and spread them over the cream. Place in the freezer until hard!!
