Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (can sub any non-dairy milk)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice OR make your own below!
- Toppings: banana, pumpkins seeds, pecans, hemp seeds, maple syrup
Pumpkin pie spice:
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of cloves
- Pinch of allspice
Directions:
Add all of your ingredients together in a pot and mix. Cook over low heat and stir consistently.
Pour into a bowl and top with your toppings!
