Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal


It’s almost fall and while summer is my favourite season I’m so excited for all things pumpkin spice and being cozy!!


Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Serves 1


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (can sub any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice OR make your own below!
  • Toppings: banana, pumpkins seeds, pecans, hemp seeds, maple syrup

Pumpkin pie spice:

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of cloves
  • Pinch of allspice

Directions:

  1. Add all of your ingredients together in a pot and mix. Cook over low heat and stir consistently.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your toppings!
