JUMP TO RECIPE

This smoothie bowl is so easy to make and so creamy!! Its naturally sweetened with bananas (although you can add honey or maple syrup if you like it extra sweet ;))

Make sure you slice you bananas and that they are separated so they don’t clump together in the freezer! I like to pull out my bananas out of the freezer 15-20 min before making it because they thaw and blend easier!

I also added some frozen zucchini for volume, which you can make by slicing and steaming zucchini and freezing it! Trust me you can’t taste the zucchini and it’s rich in antioxidants!

A tip for successful smoothie bowl is using a coconut bowl instead of a normal porcelain or china bowl! The reason is - porcelain or china bowls bowls melt the smoothie really quick!
