This dressing is super creamy and easy to make! You can also add in avocado to make it extra creamy!

Green Goddess Salad

Healthy Num Num | Michelle

Serves 3-4


Ingredients:

Dressing:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts (can use any nuts)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup water or more to thin

Salad:

  • 4-5 cups salad greens
  • 1 cup chopped green cabbage
  • 1/2 a large cucumber sliced

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add more more if needed.

  2. Chop your veggies and place in a large bowl. Pour the dressing on top and enjoy!
