No-Bake Chocolate Mousse Tart

Makes 1 tart
Ingredients:
Base:
- 1 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup packed medjool dates (about 18-20)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons softened coconut oil
Chocolate ganache:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup coconut cream (the thick part from the can)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Blend together all the base ingredients in a food processor.
Press into a parchment line cake pan (or you can use a loaf pan!). Place in the freezer while you make the ganache.
Add all of chocolate ganache ingredients together to the food processor and blend until smooth. Pour on top of the base and place back into the freezer until hard. Optional: add more crushed hazelnuts on top!
