These tomatoes can be added to spring salad or pasta dish, and they add plenty of vitamin C and A.   How to make this simple yet delicious recipe? Start by making the whipped feta by adding all of the ingredients to a blender and blending until combined. Tip: double the whipped feta recipe to have enough as an extra dip for your veggies (I love dipping with cucumbers).   After you’ve made the whipped feta (P.S. don’t skip the fresh garlic!), spread the mixture onto toasted thick sourdough slices. Layer the sliced heirloom tomatoes on top and garnish with flaky sea salt, black pepper, and basil leaves.   This recipe is vegetarian and can easily be made gluten free by using a gluten-free type of bread. I also added some frozen zucchini for volume, which you can make by slicing and steaming zucchini and freezing it! Trust me you can’t taste the zucchini and it’s rich in antioxidants! A tip for successful smoothie bowl is using a coconut bowl instead of a normal porcelain or china bowl! The reason is - porcelain or china bowls bowls melt the smoothie really quick!</image:caption>
