Healthy Fluffy Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 cups almond flour
- Add ins - chocolate chips, walnuts, sliced banana (optional)
Instructions:
Start by mashing up the bananas in a medium sized bowl. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix until just combined.
Grease or line a pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts, or sliced banana if you’d like!
Bake at 350° for 45-55 min or until a toothpick comes out dry!
