Chocolate Mousse

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe medium bananas
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 cup coconut milk from the can
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- optional toppings: 1/4 cup dairy-free or greek yogurt, 1/4 cup cacao nibs
Directions:
Blend together all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Taste to see if you’d like it sweeter and add in honey or maple syrup if using.
Pour into glasses and place in the freezer for at least 15 min to harden. Enjoy as is or top with a little yogurt and cacao nibs!
